CELEBRATING CONSTITUTION DAY

Every 6th December we commemorate Constitution Day in our school. This year, our language assistant Katie has explained our students the main aspects of the American Constitution so that they could get a full comparison between both Constitutions, arising interesting discussions among students in 4º ESO C. 

 

 

VIAJE A MÁLAGA. ALUMNOS DE 1º ESO

PROGRAMA DEFINITIVO DE ACTIVIDADES

JUEVES 2  

8.30 horas: Salida desde Pozoblanco hacia Antequera

 - Desayuno en ruta (se sugiere llevar un bocadillo) 

11:00 horas: Recepción y bienvenida del grupo al Torcal de Antequera

11:15 horas: Visualización de un audiovisual explicativo del Paraje Natural el Torcal de Antequera.

11:30 horas:Visita al centro de visitantes, reconocimiento, interpretación y experimentación directa del alumnado.

12:00 horas: Comienzo del Sendero Ruta de los Ammonites o variante (según tiempo disponible y meteorología), con diversas paradas acompañadas por explicaciones de los monitores acerca de las características naturales y culturales de dicho Paraje)

15:00 horas: Regreso al Centro de visitantes. Despedida y fin de la visita

15:30 horas: Almuerzo tras la visita (se sugiere llevar un bocadillo)

16:30 horas: Salida desde Antequera hacia Málaga.

17:30 horas: Recorrido por el Muelle Uno del Puerto de Málaga. Actividades en inglés: Interviewing a tourist and selfie contest.

 19:30 horas: Llegada al albergue: Alojamiento y cena

VIERNES 3

8:30 horas: Desayuno en el albergue

9:30 horas: Salida hacia el Museo Picasso (visita y talleres en inglés)

11:30 horas: Visita a los restos del Teatro Romano de Málaga

12:00 horas: Subida hacia la Alcazaba y Castillo de Gibralfaro 

15:30 horas:Comida (lugar a determinar) a cargo del alumno/a

18.00 horas: Visita al Conjunto Arqueológico de los Dólmenes de Antequera

20:30 horas: Llegada aproximada al IES Los Pedroches 

PREPARANDO EL EQUIPAJE

●      DNI y tarjeta sanitaria.

●      Maleta de ropa y mochila de viaje.

●      Bocadillos para el desayuno y almuerzo del primer día.

●      Ropa y calzado cómodo.

●      Protección solar y gorra.

●      Si es su caso, pastillas mareo para el autobús.

●      Cualquier medicación necesaria.

●      Toalla, gel, champú y chanclas para el albergue.

●      Bolígrafo para la gymkhana.

CELEBRATING CONSTITUTION DAY

 

DECEMBER 6TH marks the anniversary of a referendum held in  1978. In this referendum, a new constitution was approved. This was an important step in Spain's transition to becoming a constitutional monarchy and democracy. 

To commemorate the 40th anniversary of this document, students from 2º of ESO  were aimed to connect their English lessons with the celebration of this day, so they worked on some aspects of this vital document, as well as the different forms of government in countries like Spain,USA and UK.
